Code Enforcement is responsible for the investigation and enforcement of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, and the Town of East Bloomfield Town Code. The CEO also investigates violations which occur at properties in the Town and Village including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed uses. Formal Complaint
